The Problem

Brands and designers who need a 3D logo for a launch site, app icon, packaging, or a video normally have to model, light, and render it in tools like Blender, which requires skills and time most non-3D-artists do not have. Sending a design to a render farm and waiting is another option, but it is slow and disconnected from the mesh, bevel, and lighting choices a designer wants to iterate on live. Existing marks or wordmarks also need converting into usable 3D file formats like GLB, OBJ, or STL for downstream use, which is its own technical hurdle without dedicated tools.

The Solution

3DLogo.io is a browser-based editor that turns an uploaded mark (PNG, JPG, GIF, WebP, SVG) or typed text into a 3D logo, with chrome, gold, glass, holographic, brushed metal, and cosmic gradient materials applied live in the viewport with no render queue. Users can spin the camera, adjust bevel and depth, and swap materials before exporting PNG, GLB, OBJ, STL, or an MP4 loop, free with a small watermark or unlocked further on Pro. A separate credit-based tool called Generate turns a photo or text prompt into a downloadable textured GLB mesh, with tiers (Fast, Standard, High, Ultra) trading cost for detail and PBR materials. The site also offers free, in-browser 3D file tools: a converter between GLB, glTF, OBJ, STL, and PLY, and a GLB viewer that reads several mesh formats, both running locally with no account needed.
