Keeping an application board updated by hand and reaching out directly to founders are time consuming tasks most candidates skip, so they rely on standard job boards and cold applications that blend into large applicant pools. Aarivi aggregates roles from over 10,000 startups and scores them against a user's resume and GitHub profile. It connects to Gmail to automatically scan and update an application board with statuses like Applied, Interview, Offer, and Rejected. An AI agent drafts cold emails to founders whose companies match the user's profile, attaches the resume, and sends them from the user's Gmail once approved. The platform also generates a tailored resume and a hosted portfolio from a user's resume and GitHub, and includes a chatbot to answer questions about roles and job search strategy, with usage governed by a monthly AI credit allowance.
