Agentic Workers
Agentic Workers gives IT companies, agencies and AI shops a per-client workspace system to run and deliver AI agents at
The Problem
IT companies, MSPs, marketing agencies and AI shops increasingly need to deliver AI services to many clients at once, but each new client means rebuilding the setup from scratch: connecting the client's tools, writing agent instructions, and testing with real data again. Each client also brings its own logins, API keys, tool accounts and invoices, so ten clients using four tools each can mean forty logins and ten separate bills to manage. Providers often learn an agent has failed only when an upset client messages them, with no internal alert when something breaks. This repeated manual setup and lack of visibility across clients costs time and risks client trust.
The Solution
Agentic Workers lets a provider create a separate Team workspace per client, where that client's agents, authorized tool accounts, and run records live in isolation from other clients. Providers send a scoped link so a client's tools (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Sheets, HubSpot, Shopify, Notion, Airtable, Telegram) can be connected without chasing logins, and supported tool actions can be held for approval before running. Results are delivered through configured channels such as Telegram, and records and billing are split by workspace, with the ability to switch between client workspaces from one login. Team creation requires the Ultra plan; the company is explicit that a unified cross-client monitoring dashboard, consolidated billing, and automatic workspace cloning are not part of this offering.
Why Now?
The site argues that new AI-focused competitors are already pitching 'company brains' to a provider's existing clients, so providers risk losing clients they've served for years if they don't add AI delivery themselves now.
