Akkari
Akkari is an AI system that runs customer operations work, from support follow-ups to expansion playbooks, across Slack
The Problem
Customer-facing teams make commitments across calls, Slack threads and emails that are easy to lose track of: a pricing breakdown promised on a call, a bug fix that was never communicated to the customer, a feature request mentioned repeatedly but never logged in the tracker. These open items pile up silently and slip past deadlines, especially when teams get busy. Today this tracking and follow-through lives in people's heads or scattered tools, and nothing surfaces it before it slips rather than after.
The Solution
Akkari listens to conversations across Slack, calls and email to capture commitments, requests, blockers and risks, explicit or implied. It then triages these signals against account context and business impact to decide what needs action, such as resolving blockers before pursuing an upsell. From there it executes the actual work: drafting replies, opening tickets in Linear, creating PRs, provisioning access, scheduling meetings, and following each loop until it closes, then recording the outcome to memory so future handling improves. It is accessible from Slack, via an MCP/CLI integration with tools like Claude Code and Cursor, and through a REST API exposing accounts, stakeholders, commitments and signals for custom dashboards or automations.
