The Problem

Teams building AI agents that need to act on third-party services like Slack, GitHub, Gmail, HubSpot, or Stripe have no safe way to let those agents read and write without risking production data or systems. Testing agent behavior currently means either running against live services, where mistakes can cause real side effects, or building custom mocks that do not capture the full behavior of the real APIs, CLIs, and MCPs. This makes it hard to validate code changes before merge, train agents with reinforcement learning in repeatable multi-app environments, or give enterprise agents a safe space to act before touching production.

The Solution

Arga Labs provides on-demand sandbox environments called Twins, which are stateful clones of third-party services such as Slack, GitHub, Gmail, Google Workspace, HubSpot, Salesforce, Stripe, and others, accessible via their normal API, CLI, or MCP interfaces. Teams connect their agent to a twin by changing a single base URL, then seed the environment with scenarios described in natural language, using mock data or real production data. Twins can be spun up as short-lived sessions that expire automatically or kept permanent, and every provider call, response, latency, and service-state change during a run is captured as evidence. The product also includes automated test runs that apply judging criteria to grade agent performance on every commit or pull request.
