Argo

Most people move through their days without examining what happened or why, leaving experiences unexamined and patterns in their own behavior invisible to them. They repeat the same fears, ask the wrong questions, and miss connections between where they are and where they've been, not from lack of thoughtfulness but because no one can see themselves clearly from inside their own head. Meanwhile, most attention-grabbing technology is built to spend a person's attention on someone else's story rather than their own. The result is that fog of feeling and experience never gets turned into language that can be worked with or learned from.

Argo is an iPhone app that acts as a private, encrypted journal capturing entries in text, voice, video, or photographed handwriting, transcribing all formats into a single searchable memory. An AI (Lumina) reads across every entry a user has ever written to surface recurring patterns, generate a personalized daily prompt, produce AI insights and themes, and hold text or live voice conversations that draw on the user's full history. Users work toward a daily 750-word goal via any format, building a streak that never resets on a missed day, and each day they cross the goal is minted as a star in an on-chain, soulbound token called an On-Chain Soul (on Base) that requires no crypto knowledge or wallet management. Privacy is handled through end-to-end encryption with device-derived keys, AI inference run inside hardware enclaves via a decentralized network called Morpheus, on-device dictation and search, a policy of never training AI on user data, full one-tap account deletion, and an open-source iOS app and backend API on GitHub.
