The Problem

IT teams at companies running multiple business systems (Salesforce, Oracle EBS, OIC, NetSuite, SAP) have a backlog of integration and migration tickets that pile up: broken order sync, blocked SAP IDoc mapping, duplicate vendor records, SKUs with no clear owner. Today these changes require someone to track down institutional knowledge about how a process actually works, manually trace a dropped field or broken route across systems, and make changes without a clear audit trail or safe way to roll back. Tickets sit unowned or stale for weeks, and there is no shared record of what changed, why, or how to reverse it if something breaks.

The Solution

Assemble provides a system of agents (Atlas, Engine, Sentinel) that map a company's systems and workflows into shared runbooks, turn tickets into scoped implementation plans, and carry out approved changes through connectors and computer use. The page walks through a concrete example: an agent scopes a Salesforce-to-Oracle-EBS order routing change, implements it across Apex classes, flows, and OIC configuration, runs verification against real order IDs, and logs every change in a ledger that can be reverted. Every change is logged before shipping and changes can be reviewed and rolled back individually via a 'time machine,' with work gated on human promotion review. The platform also supports tagging the agent on tickets or letting it monitor a backlog directly.
