Asterlo
Asterlo researches a prospect and your own company from public sources, then drafts six source-backed outreach emails
The Problem
Small B2B teams and consumer brands need to send personalized outreach but researching each prospect and writing credible, fact-based emails takes significant manual time. Without research, outreach becomes generic spam or relies on guessed or invented claims about a buyer or their company, which damages credibility. Teams also lack an easy way to verify that facts used in outreach emails are actually true before sending. Asterlo's FAQ frames this directly, asking how teams currently check facts in outreach before it goes out.
The Solution
Asterlo takes your company website and the name and company of a buyer you want to reach, then researches both using public web pages, your site, and anything you manually add such as pasted notes. It asks you to confirm the researched facts before writing anything, keeping a visible source next to each fact (or labeling it as user-provided). Once confirmed, it drafts six standalone emails, each built around a different angle (relevance, perspective, application, credibility, team fit, priority), skipping any angle without supporting evidence rather than padding. You review and can edit each approved email, which then opens pre-filled in your own Gmail for you to send manually; Asterlo never sends email itself or reads your mailbox, and a stopped research run saves nothing. For consumer brands, the same approach applies to audiences instead of individuals, using aggregate evidence and requiring permission-based contacts, business identity, and an unsubscribe line.
