AutoListing
AI tool that turns product photos into complete marketplace listings and publishes them to eBay, Bob Shop and Takealot.
The Problem
Sellers with large amounts of stock, such as second-hand and vintage dealers, multi-channel retailers, and importers or dropshippers, must manually write titles, descriptions, prices, tags and conditions for every item. The page states this takes 5-15 minutes of typing per listing by hand. Selling on multiple marketplaces compounds the cost, since sellers must re-enter the same information separately for each platform. Awkward or one-of-a-kind stock like vintage cameras, handmade pottery, or vinyl collections is especially time-consuming to describe accurately.
The Solution
AutoListing lets a seller drop a folder of product photos, and its vision AI reads each image to draft every listing field: title, brand, category, condition, description, price, tags and shipping policy, grouped by SKU and processed in parallel. Listings can then be published with one click directly to connected stores on eBay, Bob Shop and Takealot, or exported as marketplace-ready files (CSV, JSON, XML, or official formats like Shopify's product CSV) for platforms without direct integration. A publish activity feed tracks what went where, which listing IDs were created, and any errors per channel. Users can also define reusable 'field sets', blueprints that mix AI prompts, fixed values, templates, calculations, marketplace policies and conditionals to control how each field is generated, and can regenerate individual fields without redoing the whole listing. The product also imports existing catalogs from eBay, Takealot, or flat files like CSV/Excel.
