The Problem

People with multiple email accounts across Gmail, Outlook, iCloud and other providers have to juggle separate apps or web interfaces to manage all their mail. Existing native Mac options like Apple Mail lack AI features, while AI-enabled tools like Superhuman only support Gmail and Outlook, require subscriptions, and route mail through third-party servers. Users also lose track of threads that never got a reply, get buried under subscription emails and notifications, and cannot easily bring AI assistants like Claude or Cursor into their email workflow without exposing their mail to an outside service.

The Solution

Bloop.email is a native Mac app that combines every email account, Gmail, Outlook, iCloud, Yahoo, AOL, Fastmail, Zoho or any IMAP account, into one inbox, one Sent folder and one Snoozed folder, with mail going straight from the Mac to the provider and never through a Bloop server. It includes an AI agent that drafts replies in the user's voice, summarizes long threads, translates messages, and answers questions across all accounts, using Apple Intelligence, a user's own OpenAI or Claude key, or Ollama. A built-in MCP server lets Claude, Claude Code, Codex, Cursor and Antigravity search, read, organize, label, snooze and draft replies across accounts, with user-controlled permissions, exclusion of Spam/Trash/sign-in codes, and no permanent deletion. Other features include a Waiting for Reply follow-up label, new-mail notifications at the notch, one-click subscription cleanup and unsubscribe, offline sync, customizable keyboard shortcuts modeled on Apple Mail, Gmail or Superhuman, and support for ten languages.
