The Problem

Developers, agencies, bloggers and small teams who want to run WordPress, WooCommerce, Laravel, PHP or Node.js apps on their own cloud servers today face manual, command-line-heavy server administration, or they pay for expensive traditional managed hosting plans that lock them in. Provisioning, security hardening, firewall configuration, SSL setup, caching, backups and updates typically require DevOps knowledge or SSH access. Agencies managing multiple client sites lack team roles, staging environments, and bulk tools, making multi-site operations costly and time consuming. The FAQ section explicitly states that CloudRaptor removes 80 to 90 percent of manual server work that would otherwise require deep server expertise.

The Solution

CloudRaptor is a dashboard-based server management platform, not a hosting provider, that connects to servers a user already owns or provisions on providers like AWS, DigitalOcean, Vultr, Hetzner, Akamai/Linode, Hostinger, or Google Cloud, or any Ubuntu-based VPS via SSH. It offers one-click WordPress installation, WordPress multisite, WP-CLI, wp-config editing, Git deployment with zero-downtime updates, Docker-based site isolation, PHP version switching, cron job management, a file manager, and log viewing. Security features include a 7G firewall, Wordfence-powered vulnerability scanning, brute-force protection with Fail2ban and honeypots, WordPress hardening toggles, free automated SSL, and Cloudflare integration for CDN, caching and WAF. It also includes automated backups to S3, Google Drive, GCS, DO Spaces, Cloudflare R2 or Wasabi, staging and cloning tools, and a 'Raptor LaunchPad' feature to save and reuse site setup templates.
