On-device machine learning has only just made real-time movement tracking viable on a standard phone - no sensors, no server round-trip, no privacy trade-off, and cheap enough to run at consumer scale. That wasn't true two years ago. In parallel, coaching moved off the gym floor: trainers now run remote clients and employers buy fitness as a benefit. Both need software that can verify someone actually trained instead of trusting a self-reported checkbox.

The model isn't the moat — the feel is. A form-correction system that fires too often, or half a second late, gets deleted in a week.
