Contract Sent
Contract Sent gives SaaS startups a contract template library, AI-powered contract search and drafting, and negotiation
The Problem
Growing B2B SaaS companies negotiate contracts using scattered tools and manual processes, with legal and sales often pulling in different directions. Sales reps and managers have to read through 40-page PDF or Word contracts to find key clauses, and there is no single source of truth for what was actually signed or where a negotiation stands. Comparing contract versions to spot redlines is done by hand, and deals can stall or slip at quarter end because no one has visibility into what legal is working on. Early-stage companies in particular are not investing in fixing this, leaving contract data trapped in documents instead of feeding sales and customer service systems like HubSpot.
The Solution
Contract Sent is a contract management tool built specifically for SaaS startups, starting at $7/month or $80/year. It provides a library of contract and financial templates (MSA, SOW, NDA, T&Cs, privacy policy), a one-click side-by-side contract comparison tool with highlighted differences and shareable secret URLs, and an AI engine called ACE that extracts key clauses into structured data and lets users chat with contracts for summaries before meetings. Negotiations are managed on a kanban-style pipeline with task assignment, approvals and notifications so legal and sales can collaborate with unlimited user roles. It integrates with Google Drive, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Adobe Sign for signing, and HubSpot to surface contract data where sales teams already work.
