Cord
Cord lets businesses send quotes, invoices and get paid through a single branded link
The Problem
Businesses that sell on negotiated prices (B2B, agencies, distributors, SaaS) today build quotes by hand, chase approvals over WhatsApp, and re-key the same data into invoicing tools once a deal closes. They lose track of when a client actually viewed a quote, have no single record connecting catalog, pricing, client credit terms and invoicing, and spend time manually following up on overdue accounts. Selling across currencies adds extra friction since margins can be lost to exchange rate movement. The page frames this as disconnected steps across spreadsheets, PDFs and messaging apps rather than one workflow.
The Solution
Cord combines a quote editor, public approval link, payments, invoicing and collections into one platform. Clients open a branded link, approve and pay without creating an account, while sellers get live notification the moment a quote is viewed. An AI feature can build a quote automatically from a pasted order or a photo/PDF of a purchase order, matching items to the seller's catalog. Cord Payments accepts local payment methods in each of the 12 supported countries, Cord Invoicing issues country specific invoices (e.g. CFDI 4.0 in Mexico) directly from an approved quote, and an AI collections agent drafts follow-up emails and payment plans for overdue accounts, which the user can approve or automate. Additional tools include multi-currency quoting with a protected exchange rate, a 90-day cash flow view separating confirmed revenue from pipeline, a REST API, an MCP server, embeddable quote widgets (Cord Elements), and integrations with HubSpot, Slack, Zapier and Make.
