The Problem

Site owners and SEO agencies need to track search performance and indexing status across Google and other engines, but this data is scattered across separate tools and tabs. New or updated pages can sit unindexed for a long time unless someone manually submits them to search engines. Finding actionable opportunities, like striking-distance keywords, pages stuck on page 2, low-CTR titles, or de-indexed pages, requires manually digging through Search Console data. Agencies managing multiple client sites also need a way to give clients and contractors limited access without sharing full account credentials.

The Solution

CrawlScout connects to Google Search Console and continuously monitors sitemaps, checking them multiple times per day to detect new or unindexed pages and submit them automatically to Google as well as Bing, DuckDuckGo, Yahoo!, Yandex, Seznam and Naver via IndexNow. It surfaces ranked recommendations such as striking-distance keywords, pages stuck on page 2, low-CTR titles, and de-indexed or broken pages. Users can annotate charts with events like core updates or redesigns to see what affected traffic, group URLs into named segments (blog, products, docs) for filtered reporting, invite teammates or clients with scoped access, and receive weekly email summaries of all sites.
