The Problem

People building software or running products and marketing often need to execute many ongoing tasks like writing code, testing in a browser, drafting marketing content, monitoring performance and running research, but doing this manually or with disconnected one-off AI chats does not scale. Existing AI subscriptions (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Z.ai) are typically used for single conversations rather than coordinated, persistent work across a team of agents. There is no simple way to give AI agents shared memory, tools, schedules and the ability to delegate tasks to each other while keeping everything on infrastructure the user controls.

The Solution

CRHQ provides a hosted, customizable harness on a dedicated server where users deploy multiple AI agents (such as an AI lead, builder, reviewer, marketer or researcher) that can message each other, delegate tasks into separate sessions, and work from shared agents, skills, memory, jobs and files. Agents can be powered by the user's existing Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or Z.ai/GLM subscriptions, with smart auto-rotation shifting work between connected accounts when usage limits are hit. The interface itself is customizable: users can pick a theme, clone one, or have a built-in Theme Builder agent generate a new interface, while the underlying agents, skills and memory persist underneath. Agents have a development environment on the user's VPS to write, test, deploy and monitor code, and can also be configured in CRHQ and called via API to power a separate customer-facing product. The company also describes ways to build businesses on top of CRHQ, including white-label reselling, agent-powered website hosting services, custom development for clients, and renting out specialist AI teammates.
