The Problem

Businesses in industries like telecom, banks, restaurants, collections, airlines and edtech still handle huge volumes of core operations by phone: orders placed, problems solved, payments promised. Dialogus states it answers over 137,000 calls a day, more than one per second at peak, around the clock. Handling this volume with human agents or legacy IVR means queues, inconsistent policy enforcement, and little systematic way to learn from outcomes. Companies need a way to run these calls reliably, keep them within policy (no invented prices or unauthorized promises), and produce an auditable record of what happened on each call.

The Solution

Dialogus provides voice agents that listen, reason within a company's defined workflow and policy rules, act directly in business systems (committing orders to a POS, folios to a CRM, promises to a ledger, sending SMS follow-ups), and report outcomes as an auditable record with transcript, tool results, latencies and handoff trail. An operations platform organizes this work into campaigns, calls, cases and call-level forensics (down to measuring LLM, tool and audio latency in milliseconds). A component called Skylines studies outcomes from real calls, runs controlled experiments on traffic (e.g., testing a shorter greeting), and ships only changes that measurably improve results, such as a cited +4.1% resolution gain shipped overnight. Security measures described include PII redaction at ingestion, policy enforcement before responses reach the customer, encryption in transit and at rest, tenant isolation, SOC 2 Type II attestation, and ISO 27001 certification in progress.
