The Problem

Staffing firms depend on knowing which companies are about to hire before competitors do, but job alerts and tools like ZoomInfo only surface postings after they appear on job boards or hand over generic contacts without context. Firms also struggle to systematically catch signals like a client switching its MSP or VMS vendor, a hiring leader joining from an existing client, or a staffing contract going out to bid, since these live scattered across filings, press releases, and careers pages. Without this, recruiters spend time prospecting cold instead of recruiting, and warm paths back into past clients or placed candidates go unused.

The Solution

Dreach is a human-checked lead service for staffing and search firms that watches public, dated sources such as contract awards, company filings, leadership changes, and MSP/VMS vendor switches to predict which employers are about to hire. Each week it delivers a short list naming the employer, what changed, the hiring manager with current email and phone, and the firm's warmest way in, such as a past client or a candidate they placed. The dreach team manually checks every opening, manager, and connection before it reaches the client, and firms can take the leads into their own CRM or let dreach draft first messages for approval. For search firms, it instead finds candidates likely to move at named target firms, flagged by dated signals like an acquisition, without contacting candidates directly. Onboarding requires no ATS or LinkedIn connection, just a list of companies discussed on a 20-minute call, with current clients and live deals excludable.
