The Problem

Enterprises that want to deploy AI agents and chatbots with domain specific knowledge typically need significant engineering effort to build infrastructure, manage vector databases, set up RAG pipelines, and integrate multiple LLM harnesses. Non-technical teams in particular struggle to build meaningful AI services around their own knowledge bases without writing code. Customers quoted on the site describe having done extensive research before finding a tool that handled vectorstores, embedding, indexing and querying without requiring them to manage the underlying infrastructure. This leaves teams in industries like research management, publishing, financial services, legal and healthcare without an easy way to turn their private data into usable AI agents.

The Solution

Epsilla offers a no-code AI Agent Builder with a drag-and-drop interface, RAG-as-a-Service to connect agents to an enterprise knowledge base without infrastructure setup, and tools for agent and chatbot management, monitoring and optimization. It supports enterprise-grade multi-tenancy with granular permissions, and flexible deployment as managed SaaS, on-premise, or private cloud. Epsilla also runs on its own HarnessRouter, a unified Agent API that lets developers run multiple agent harnesses (Codex, Claude Code, Hermes, DeepSeek, Qwen Code and others) through one interface, with serverless sandboxes, sessions, streaming and file handling built in. HarnessRouter is offered both as a self-hosted open source Community Edition and as a Cloud product, both using what the company calls the Unified Harness Protocol.
