Evergrove
Evergrove builds voice AI agents that run end-to-end phone workflows for workers' compensation claims handling.
The Problem
Workers' compensation claims involve intake, clinical review, status updates, billing, and intelligence gathering, much of which depends on making and receiving large volumes of phone calls to injured workers, adjusters, employers, and facilities. Today this work is done by human contact center staff who must navigate IVR systems, hold, retry, and transfer calls, and who often give up or move on when a call is blocked. This makes case progression slow, with intake to initial evaluation taking days, and ties up operational spend on staffing contact centers that handle one call at a time per seat.
The Solution
Evergrove provides specialized voice AI agents purpose-built for workers' compensation, organized into workflow clusters covering intake, clinical, status, billing, and intel, with a stated total of 19 agents across these areas. The agents handle both outbound calls (with multiple retries, intelligent backoff, parallel calling, IVR navigation, hold and transfer resilience, and facility-hour optimization) and inbound calls (triage and routing via direct telephony integration, warm handoff to live staff, and callbacks on disconnect). The platform is composable, letting customers deploy a single workflow or coordinate an entire contact center, and it integrates with claims management systems, Salesforce, and homegrown systems of record. It maintains an auditable architecture with an immutable log of every agent action, decision, and escalation, supports configurable human approval points and escalation thresholds, and offers HIPAA-compliant controls including PHI access scoping, encryption, role-based access, data retention settings, and BAAs.
