The Problem

Developers who publish browser extensions on Chrome, Edge, and Firefox have to rely on each store's own dashboard, which only shows current numbers rather than historical trends. This makes it hard to spot drops in ratings, users, or rankings, or to understand what is actually growing. There are no built-in alerts, so developers only learn about ranking shifts, rating drops, or competitor changes when they happen to check manually. Comparing an extension's performance across the three stores means switching between separate dashboards and manually assembling data in spreadsheets.

The Solution

Exstats lets developers group their extensions from Chrome, Edge, and Firefox into a single product and add competitors for side-by-side comparison of ratings, users, reviews, and category rank over time, with email and Slack alerts on changes. Its Extension Explorer covers over 360,000 extensions with 30+ searchable fields such as ratings, installs, update frequency, and category rank, supporting multi-field search, daily deltas, and CSV/XLSX export. A Keyword Tracking tool shows where an extension ranks by store, tracks position changes over 1, 7, and 30 days, and can generate keyword ideas with AI. Store Trends shows how each store is evolving in terms of total extensions, developers, users, and review activity, highlighting the fastest-growing categories and extensions. Setup requires no code: users add their extensions by name, URL, or ID, add competitors, and get daily updated data in one dashboard.
