FirstUser
FirstUser helps solo founders and small teams who have shipped a product find paying users through organic growth
The Problem
Builders who use tools like Claude Code, Cursor, Replit, Next.js or Swift can ship a working product but often cannot find paying users afterward. Many apps have landing pages that do not say who the product is for, signup flows with unnecessary friction, or no pricing page so visitors cannot self-qualify. Founders do not know which of the many social channels (X, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Reddit) their buyers actually use, so they either do nothing or spread effort across all of them. The cost is an app that works but has zero or few paying users, with no clear way to diagnose where in the funnel people drop off.
The Solution
FirstUser offers a free manual review: a person on the team opens the submitted website, web app, or iOS app within 24 hours, uses it as a first-time visitor, and scores the landing page message, signup funnel, product, pricing, and market fit, ending in a yes or no verdict on whether they can help. If the verdict is yes, the paid agency plan ($599/month for one app) has the team do organic growth work directly, finding the two or three channels that fit the app and fixing funnel drop-off points. A separate self-serve product, the AI agent ($10/month for one app, $29/month for four), finds viral content formats and real high-performing posts in the founder's niche on Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok and YouTube for the founder to post themselves. The company states it does not run paid ads and does not guarantee paying users, only a specific plan and reporting.
