flowscope
Flowscope maps a company's business processes, redesigns them around AI, and deploys agents to run them on existing
The Problem
Businesses run core operations like invoice processing, month-end close, employee onboarding, ticket triage, and CRM data entry through manual, fragmented steps: work arrives in a shared inbox, gets keyed into an ERP, copied into a spreadsheet, emailed for approval, chased by phone, or parked as an exception and re-keyed after corrections. This repetition consumes staff time across finance, HR, customer success, and revenue operations without anyone having a clear map of where the work actually stalls or which parts are pure repetition. Teams lack a structured way to identify which processes are good candidates for automation and how to redesign them around what AI agents can realistically do.
The Solution
Flowscope works in three stages: it maps how a business process currently runs, capturing who touches each step and where it breaks down; it then reengineers the process around AI, for example restructuring invoice handling into capture and extraction, purchase order and receiving document matching, and exception review; finally it deploys agents into production to run the redesigned workflow on the company's existing systems. Shown examples include automated invoice matching, month-end close, employee onboarding, ticket triage and routing, and CRM data entry and hygiene, tracked in a workflow register showing manual versus automated status for each. The company positions itself as an ongoing AI partner rather than a one-time project, often starting with a single department before expanding.
