Foreman AI
AI-driven construction management software that takes contractors from takeoff to estimate to field tracking in one
The Problem
General contractors, home builders, remodelers and roofers typically juggle separate tools or manual processes for takeoffs, estimating, client agreements, cost tracking and field reporting, often relying on spreadsheets and sticky notes. Quantities measured from drawings have to be manually re-entered into budgets, budgets re-entered into client agreements, and field data like daily logs, receipts and hours tracked separately from the project's financial record. This disconnection means project costs can drift from what was budgeted, and checking a measurement against the original drawing or keeping purchase orders, change orders and invoices aligned with the budget becomes a manual, error-prone chore.
The Solution
Foreman AI uses AI to measure quantities directly from uploaded plan sets, including floor plans, electrical sheets, mechanical sheets and site plans, with every quantity linked back to its source sheet and scale for one-click verification. Those quantities flow directly into a priced budget pulled from the user's own cost catalog, with cost codes, types, and target margins that update automatically when drawings change. From that same budget, users generate client agreements without retyping numbers, and purchase orders, change orders, invoices and vendor bills all draw against the live budget to keep costs current. The system also covers field operations, including daily logs, photo attachments, expense capture from receipts, time clocking by project and cost code, on-drawing questions, and client/sub portals where external parties see only what is explicitly shared, with QuickBooks sync for accounting.
