The Problem

Revenue teams run on signals scattered across many disconnected tools: CRM, conversation data, marketing platforms, sales engagement tools, and more. Reps and RevOps have to manually piece together context like leadership changes, hiring signals, website visits, or stalled deals to know where to act. Today this means checking multiple systems, defining ad hoc processes, and often missing time sensitive signals like a champion leaving or a new GTM hire at a target account. Without a shared, continuously updated view of what is happening, teams struggle to stay aligned on where to focus and risk losing pipeline to slow or inconsistent follow up.

The Solution

Frontrunner connects a company's existing GTM stack, including tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, Outreach, Gong, Notion, Slack, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and gives AI agents the context to act across it. Users can define custom 'bespoke signals' relevant to their business, such as a target account hiring its first GTM engineer or a champion changing roles, and deploy pre-built or custom agents like Renewal Radar, Churn Signals, Hand-raiser Routing, Inbound SLA Routing, and Meeting Prep to monitor accounts and trigger actions. Agents can be organized into projects tied to a specific goal, such as tracking sales leadership changes, drafting warm intros, and surfacing new leaders at target accounts on a recurring schedule. The system is described as running on a mixture-of-agents and multi-model orchestration harness, so no single model or tool is a dependency, and each agent run is meant to add context that improves future runs.
