The Problem

Companies' financial accounts show tangible assets but not the value of their team, brand, know-how or customer relationships, so founders struggle to answer what their company is actually worth. This becomes urgent when they need to raise funding, borrow, or sell, since they must show a defensible number backed by a transparent method rather than an opinion. Today many arrive at these moments without that evidence, and discover their valuation only after a decision has already been made. Testimonials on the site come from small company founders (e.g. Appmypets, BSure, Seabots, Enart Systems, ICTI, Vinai) who describe needing a clearer, more organized way to put numbers to their project.

The Solution

Futurlytics produces a valuation report within 24 hours, combining recognised valuation approaches (EBITDA multiples, Berkus Method, VC Method, Royalty Relief, Income Capitalization, Market Value, Comps, among others) and following IVS 210 principles for intangible assets. To run a valuation, the company requires inputs such as a theoretical and financial business plan, pitch deck, org chart and cap table, client portfolio, product portfolio, and patents/trademarks. The report includes a valuation breakdown, assessment of key assets, analysis of team/market/risks, and a custom action plan prioritised by impact on value, drafted by an AI analyst named Lucas and approved by the user. The platform also offers a KPIs board tracking metrics like MRR, churn, NPS, voluntary employee turnover, gross margin and CAC, with owners assigned to each metric so leading indicators of value are visible before they show up in the P&L.
