Job seekers applying to many roles on platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, Workday, Greenhouse, and Lever must repeatedly re-enter the same personal details into application forms, write new cover letters for each role, and manually tailor their resumes to match job descriptions. Keeping track of saved jobs, preparing for interviews, and drafting cold emails to recruiters adds further repetitive manual work. This repeated effort slows down the pace at which someone can apply to jobs during an active search.

Fylla is a Chrome extension that lets a user save their profile, resume, work links, and preferences once, then maps those saved details to recognized fields on supported job boards and application forms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, Internshala, Ashby, and SmartRecruiters. It generates cover letters matched to a pasted job description, rewrites a base resume into an ATS-ready tailored version with matched keywords and an ATS-safe PDF export, and creates role-specific MCQ preparation tests from saved job descriptions. It also prepares Gmail compose drafts (recipient, subject, body, and resume attachment) for application emails or LinkedIn hiring-post cold emails, and keeps saved jobs organized in a dashboard with status tracking. The product explicitly stops short of auto-submitting: it fills fields and drafts content, but the user reviews and confirms everything before sending.
