The Problem

Teams today prompt AI tools individually, with each person's ChatGPT, Claude or Cursor session holding its own separate notes and context. Nothing learned in one person's chat carries over to a teammate's, so the same explanations, decisions and corrections get repeated across tools and people. There is no shared record of how the team ships, what decisions were made, or how to talk to a given customer, so each AI interaction starts from scratch.

The Solution

GBrain creates one workspace memory for a team, stored as plain markdown files on infrastructure the team controls, which syncs to whichever AI tools the team already uses, including ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Codex and others via a single MCP address. Multiple people can share one chat thread, see how an answer was worked out, and correct a note so every connected AI answers from the fix going forward. The product also connects accounts like Gmail, Calendar, Drive and Stripe once for the whole team, with per-tool permission levels (such as read, draft or manage) and an activity log of actions taken. On top of this memory, GBrain offers one-click 'skills' such as a team standup summary, a customer comms tracker, turning support chats into tracked issues, and a person research brief, which can run on a schedule or once.
