The Problem

Teams using coding agents and other AI tools repeatedly re-establish context that already exists elsewhere in the company, such as pasting the same architecture summary multiple times. Knowledge about why decisions were made is scattered across Slack threads, tickets, calls, and old agent sessions, so any single agent with tool access queries one source and stops, giving incomplete answers. When someone leaves or a skill exists only in one person's head or one person's agent client, that knowledge is effectively lost to the rest of the team. Building a custom retrieval system (vector database plus RAG) requires manual indexing, tuning, and retrieval code that most teams don't want to maintain.

The Solution

Glen continuously captures agent sessions from Claude Code, Codex, and Cursor, plus Slack, GitHub, tickets, calls, and docs, and synthesizes it into one store without manual work. It automatically injects prior relevant work into new prompts so equivalent tasks complete faster and on fewer tokens. A company brain can be queried from Slack, any MCP client, or a web app, and a PR reviewer and code search feature query a clone of the agent that wrote a given line of code to explain why it exists. Glen also distills team methods into 'skills' that surface automatically when someone hits a relevant task, and keeps a searchable, shareable library of every session, with access controlled per observation at recall and organizations isolated via row-level security.
