Prices are read directly from the supplier's own page or catalogue alongside the minimum order quantity, and if no price is listed GSAi states that rather than guessing. Users can tell GSAi where they sell (for example Amazon, a shop or a market stall) so results are ranked for that business type rather than by generic search ranking. The product works in-browser with no install, and each result includes a link to the product page and a contact. The company also says that when a supplier isn't found, users can request it and GSAi will work to bring that wholesaler into the network, growing coverage over time. A paid Pro plan runs on a sourcing model referred to as 'GSAi Vantis'.
