Harmony AI
Harmony builds an AI layer that connects ERP, QMS, machines and paperwork into one real-time operating system
The Problem
High-production manufacturers run on a mix of ERP, QMS, PLCs, sensors, paper logs and the tribal knowledge senior operators carry in their heads, with no single source of truth connecting them. Traditional MES systems are rigid, take months to configure, lock plants into one vendor, and only record data rather than act on it. As a result, plants lack true OEE visibility, root causes of defects and downtime go unaddressed, shortages surface too late, and reporting and data entry remain manual, routine work that ties up staff time. Mossberg, cited in a case study, reportedly saves 120+ labor hours a week once this is addressed.
The Solution
Harmony is an AI-native operating system that layers on top of a plant's existing systems and machines without ripping anything out, digitizing paper processes, indexing SOPs and tribal knowledge, and connecting ERP, QMS, PLCs, sensors and cameras into one operational layer. It is organized into nine modules covering paperwork digitization, live factory visibility, AI search across all data sources, AI production scheduling with real constraints, quality and downtime root-cause intelligence, inventory and shortage detection, AI workflow automation that triggers actions like holding a batch or notifying teams, connected systems and machines, and tribal knowledge capture. The rollout follows a six-phase on-site process (on-site assessment, digitize, software, machines, apps, automate), and the AI proposes actions like drafting a PO or issuing a work order while a person approves them. A typical pilot runs four to six weeks with forward-deployed engineers on-site, and pricing is fixed-scope per plant rather than per seat.
