The Problem

Development teams rely on code review and E2E tests that only read diffs or walk happy paths against staging, where payments, mail and other third-party services are often disabled. This leaves bugs between untouched code, config, data and third-party services invisible, since reviewers can flag a pattern that looks wrong but cannot tell if it is reachable or what happens when it is. Static scanners report vulnerabilities that may never be reachable in practice. As a result, issues like an expired discount code still being accepted at checkout, or flows depending on disabled services, ship to production undetected.

The Solution

Heal maps a product's architecture and features from its code, builds a sandbox that replicates production (using real or mocked dependencies like Stripe, Slack, or Postgres), and runs security and behavior tools against it, including schemathesis, ZAP, dalfox, jwt_tool, nuclei, semgrep, sqlmap and others. It hunts for bugs by walking flows with services failing or slow, firing real exploits while signed in as different users, and crawling every link in the running app. Every defect it reports comes with a failing test that reproduces the issue, reproduction steps, and captures, and only what a test can reproduce gets filed. It can also hand a fix to a coding agent and verify the test turns green once the defect is resolved. It connects to GitHub and runs locally or in the cloud.
