Hira
Hira is an AI agent that searches job boards and fills out job applications for you
The Problem
Job seekers spend significant time scanning multiple job boards for openings, filling out repetitive application forms, and tracking where they've applied. The page describes this as busywork that takes time away from candidates, who today must manually search roles, write answers to application questions, and submit each one themselves. Hira positions its agent as a way to remove this manual effort by continuously monitoring postings and preparing applications in the background.
The Solution
Hira lets a user describe what kind of role they want in plain text, then deploys a personalized AI agent (the page gives the example of an agent named Iris) that searches across a large number of job boards, described as 1,240, on a recurring basis. When it finds a matching role, it texts the user, and a reply of "yes" triggers the agent to fill out and submit the application using information from the user's profile and resume. Every application is held for the user's review before anything is sent to an employer, guessed answers are marked so they can be checked or edited, and marking an answer as correct lets Hira reuse it on future applications. Setup takes about three minutes and involves uploading a resume, setting preferences, and reviewing a profile.
