Hyper
Hyper builds an AI memory layer that learns from a team's chats, emails, docs and code so AI agents stop repeating
The Problem
Teams using multiple AI agents and tools constantly have to re-explain context: past decisions, conventions, and ongoing work get lost between chats, emails, DMs, and docs. The founders describe hitting this problem themselves as students trying to fine-tune GPT-2, and again later while working together at Matic Robots. Without a shared memory, AI agents behave like forgetful interns that need to be retaught the same information over and over, slowing down teams that want to move fast.
The Solution
Hyper connects to tools a team already uses, including Gmail, Google Drive, Notion, Granola, LinkedIn, Claude Code, Cursor, and Codex, and continuously learns from the conversations and documents that pass through them. It organizes this into what the company calls a 'company brain' that stays current and conflict-free, then feeds that context into AI agents so they can act with full knowledge of past decisions. The site shows examples such as an agent drafting a LinkedIn reply on someone's behalf using learned context, and a chat assistant suggesting sharper product copy based on team history.
