The Problem

Product owners, scrum masters, and delivery leads who run estimation or prioritisation ceremonies often deal with thin tickets, anchored voting, and stakeholder input gathered through extra meetings. Teams walk into refinement with tickets that lack acceptance criteria, forcing POs to re-brief the room every time. Estimation sessions can be biased by anchoring when votes are not simultaneous, and ranking decisions often end up reflecting only the loudest voices in the room rather than a full stakeholder record. The result is rediscovery of the same context repeatedly, decisions that live outside the tracker, and rankings that are hard to reopen or defend when trade-offs resurface.

The Solution

Ibis Flow is a modular platform that connects to a team's existing backlog tool (Jira, Azure DevOps, GitHub, or GitLab) and writes decisions back to it rather than creating a second system of record. Story Studio turns rough ideas into reviewable specs through guided craft rounds, product context, and team review. Estimation runs hidden simultaneous voting with shared AI briefings so teams size work without anchoring, then writes the accepted number back to the ticket. Prioritisation collects async stakeholder input using frameworks like RICE, MoSCoW, WSJF, and MaxDiff, letting a leader review the evidence and publish a ranked decision. The three modules are sold separately or as a suite, and the page describes them as reinforcing each other: clearer tickets make estimation honest, and real effort estimates make published rankings honest.
