Inflight
Inflight embeds a feedback toolkit (comments, video, structured next steps) directly inside prototypes and feeds it
The Problem
Design and product teams can now build working prototypes in an afternoon thanks to coding agents, but the feedback process has not kept pace. Reviewers leave notes as screenshots in Slack, timestamps in a separate Loom video, or comments in a doc that often fail to point at the right screen or version. This disconnect means feedback is scattered across tools instead of living on the actual work, making it hard for teams and their coding agents to know what to act on next.
The Solution
Inflight adds a feedback layer directly to any prototype using a single script tag, working with existing preview links or HTML files. Reviewers can open the link without an account, pin comments to specific elements, record video replies in place of a separate Loom link, and answer structured questions the team has asked. The toolkit syncs with Slack so comments appear in threads and replies sync back, keeps version history and folders for every prototype shared, and turns reviewer feedback into a clear list of next steps that a coding agent can pull in directly over MCP, implement, and check off.
Why Now?
Coding agents have sped up how fast teams can build prototypes, sharing several versions in a week, but the feedback process around that work has not sped up with it, leaving a gap Inflight aims to close.
