Inth
Inth provides a fast, brandable cookie consent banner plus code and website audits that give proof of privacy
The Problem
Companies running consumer-facing websites and products need to show visitors a cookie consent banner that complies with rules like GDPR, CCPA and Quebec Law 25, while marketing teams want tags like GA4 and Meta Pixel to fire quickly once consent is given. Existing consent banners from vendors such as OneTrust can be slow to appear and add page weight, hurting the visitor experience. Separately, engineering teams can ship code changes or add new third-party scripts that introduce privacy risk (such as PII in logs or trackers loading before consent) without anyone noticing. When legal or compliance teams are later asked to prove what the site actually did and who approved it, the evidence is often scattered or missing.
The Solution
Inth embeds a consent banner directly into a codebase using typed packages for Next.js, React and plain JavaScript, so it loads as part of the bundle rather than a separate script; the company's own CookieBench benchmark reports a 27ms median time to banner on desktop versus 629ms for OneTrust. The banner holds marketing and analytics tags until a visitor responds, applies region-aware policy packs (GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA, Quebec Law 25, IAB TCF 2.3, Global Privacy Control), supports 30+ languages, and can be themed to match a brand. Beyond the banner, Inth's Code Audit scans pull requests for new trackers, vendors or data flows (e.g., flagging customer data sent to a logger), and its Website Audit crawls a live site to catch scripts running before consent. An Inth Agent answers team questions about privacy risk with citations back to scan results, code and specific regulations, and every consent choice is logged as an evidence record. The product is also installable via a CLI or coding agent (inth.com/SKILL.md).
