Intrascope
Intrascope is a shared AI workspace that lets companies access 120+ AI models with centralized control
The Problem
Companies see different employees and teams independently signing up for ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and other AI tools, each with separate accounts and billing. This creates shadow AI usage, scattered spending nobody can fully explain, and important context like brand rules, client briefs and project knowledge gets buried in individual chats instead of staying with the company. Managers lack visibility into how AI is actually being used across users, projects and models, and premium model subscriptions create unnecessary costs without clear ownership. When employees leave, the knowledge and context they built up in personal AI accounts leaves with them.
The Solution
Intrascope provides one shared workspace where teams can chat with over 120 models (GPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok, DeepSeek, Mistral, Qwen, Kimi, Meta and custom LLMs/SLMs) switching per task instead of using separate personal accounts. Admins control which models are enabled, set spending limits per user, team and workspace, and can cap or block individual models before costs add up. Shared Manifests store reusable company and project context such as brand rules and client instructions, which persist even when staff turnover occurs, and frequently used prompts become Skills that anyone can run with a slash command. The platform also includes agentic chat with web search and tools, 1,650+ MCP connectors to apps like Gmail, Drive, Notion, GitHub, HubSpot and Jira, document export to PDF/DOCX/PPT, and support for either bring-your-own API keys or Intrascope-managed billing.
Why Now?
The page frames AI adoption inside companies as outpacing company control, leading to shadow AI, lost context and unexplained AI bills that governance needs to address before they surprise the business.
