Isengard Industries
Isengard Industries supplies designs, autonomy tech and tooling so allied governments can build AI-guided precision
The Problem
Allied governments need precision-strike weapons but depend on imported, finished munitions that are slow to resupply and vulnerable to GPS jamming in modern combat. Production capacity close to the front line is scarce, and existing supply chains leave partner nations reliant on outside manufacturers rather than their own industrial base. In GNSS-denied, jammed environments, guidance systems that depend on satellite navigation lose precision. The text frames this as a bottleneck for countries like Ukraine and other allied partners who need munitions produced locally and fast, not shipped from abroad.
The Solution
Isengard provides a family of five aircraft (AQV 114, AQ 101, XQ 500, AQ 1, XQ 770) built on a shared autonomy stack, plus in-house TJ-100 and TJ-40 turbojet propulsion. The stack includes AES-256 encrypted datalink, visual navigation and AI targeting designed to hold precision without GPS in jammed environments. Rather than exporting finished weapons, Isengard supplies designs, the autonomy stack, tooling and supply chain so a partner's own production cell can build the systems, with airframes designed for tool-less assembly and low-specialization labor. The company currently operates production cells in St. Petersburg, Florida and Warsaw, Poland, with a stated target output of 3,000 units per month.
