Jarvis

Issue: over 90% of people do not use AI weekly. Not daily. Weekly. Most people used it a few times for fun, but never found a way to get real value. I believe that by making the entire experience easier to learn, and more frictionless, we can change that.

Jarvis makes using AI much easier, through multiple things: -we make it more accessible and more intuitive. we teach a habit. AI is now in a bar on the user's screen, one shortcut away. people start forming the habit of just pressing the key and asking anything -more context: people connect their apps. Jarvis learns from them, and adds everything to the long/short term human-like memory. Jarvis can use them whenever needed to perform actions on behalf of the user as well. Sees the screen as well

AI has become too great and useful to deny at this point. Everyone can get a lot of use out of it without question. It is now becoming a problem of adoption, not of whether we should use it or not. Solutions like Claude Code, Hermes agent or Openclaw, Codex or Claude Code are heavy, not maximally integrated interfaces.They live in separate windows, often lacking the context the user has that they would need and require a learning curve. Most people are not ready for them, they drop them quickly

It is hard to scale to a large user base from the beginning. The product can be useful for everyone, and it is a high TAM, ChatGPT type of product. But finding trust and ways to scale very fast is difficult nonetheless.
