Job seekers spend about an hour on each application, retyping resumes and answering repetitive screening questions across dozens of fields. Strong postings attract hundreds of applicants within days, so manual applicants are often too slow to compete. Keeping up the pace of daily applications needed to generate interviews is hard to sustain, and most job searches stall after a couple of weeks as a result. Jobbie asks users to upload a resume once, which it parses into a profile covering contact details, work history, and skills. It then scans thousands of new job listings daily, scores them against the user's profile, and only applies to roles above a match threshold. Applications can be submitted one by one or through Autopilot, which applies automatically on a schedule without manual clicking, including outside normal hours. Additional features include a Resume Tailor that generates a job-specific resume per application (branded as Autopilot Max), a dashboard that tracks every submitted application and the answers sent, and support for applying through platforms including Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, Ashby, Paylocity, JazzHR, Workable, BambooHR, and Indeed.
