Juno
An AI chat-based health assistant that logs symptoms by voice or text and builds doctor-ready reports for people
The Problem
People living with chronic illness, including autoimmune, chronic pain, and complex or rare conditions like ME/CFS, POTS, and Ehlers-Danlos, must track symptoms, medicines, sleep, and triggers between widely spaced doctor appointments. Today this typically means filling in forms or trying to remember details over weeks, which is hard to sustain and easy to forget. Without a clear record, patients struggle to communicate changes, medicine effects, and patterns to their doctors, and arrive at appointments without clear questions or summaries. This is especially hard for people still working toward a diagnosis who need a consistent record over time.
The Solution
Juno is a personal health assistant that users talk to by voice or text, like messaging someone who knows their health history. It logs symptoms, mood, pain, sleep, medicines, and activity directly from natural conversation, without forms, and keeps this history alongside external data like weather and pollen. After a few weeks of use, Juno surfaces patterns, such as headaches following short nights of sleep, framed as clues to discuss with a doctor rather than diagnoses. Before an appointment, it compiles a one-page summary of symptoms, medicine changes, and questions to ask, which can be shown on a phone or printed. The app has a free tier with core tracking, pacing, insights, reports, and limited AI chat, plus an optional paid plan with unlimited AI chat and enhanced memory.
