Karumi
Karumi makes an AI agent that knows a company's product and runs live demos, onboarding
The Problem
B2B companies rely on static videos and request-demo forms to show prospects their product, which is a passive, one-size-fits-all experience that does not answer specific questions. Sales teams spend solutions engineer time on repetitive demo calls, and new signups often get stuck without a guide, generating support tickets and slow activation. Reps on live calls do not always have every product answer on hand, and internal teams need ongoing training as the product changes. Today these needs are met with forms, pre-recorded videos, human SEs and CSMs, and manual support, which the page frames as outdated ('like it's 1995') and inefficient.
The Solution
Karumi is an AI agent that scans and learns a company's product continuously ('24/7', staying in sync as the product ships) and can then run live, interactive walkthroughs for whoever needs them. It is delivered as a live video call that shares its screen within seconds, lets users speak, type or interrupt, and sends a recording and transcript afterward, with data able to land in a CRM. The same product knowledge powers multiple surfaces described on the page: a website qualifier chat, an in-app agent, a Slack product expert, a presentation agent, a video copilot for reps mid-call, a knowledge graph, and an MCP interface, so the agent can show up in whichever interface a marketing visitor, sales prospect, new user, or internal team member is already using.
