lab0 provides a set of AI agents, including Discovery, Artifact, Planning, Configuration, Testing, and Change Request agents, that work across the ERP implementation lifecycle. The Discovery Agent turns requirements from multiple teams and documents into one connected implementation blueprint, while other agents drive resulting changes through request forms, approval workflows, and ERP field mappings. The Testing Agent validates full suites across roles, rules, and integrations, letting a user follow a single failure, apply a fix, and rerun affected checks. During hypercare, the agent can fill in configuration from a ticket, check affected flows, and help resolve the issue. The product connects to platforms including Oracle ERP, SAP ERP, Salesforce CRM, MS Dynamics 365, ServiceNow ITSM, and Adobe AEM, and is positioned to be used either directly by enterprise software companies or by system integrators inside their existing delivery processes.
