The Problem

Small founding teams that already use AI agents like Claude Code or Codex for real work run into a context problem: the agent remembers what one person did but not what a cofounder just spent hours figuring out. People end up carrying that context manually, pasting last week's decisions into a new session, writing summaries for cofounders, and checking multiple tools to see what agents actually did. Every handoff between people starts from zero, and the whole company ends up waiting on whoever happens to hold the context in their head.

The Solution

Lightbulb is a shared workspace where a team invites both its people and named AI agents (CEO, Engineering, Finance, Growth) into the same channels. An agent only sees the rooms it's added to, can be mentioned to do work, reads the thread above it, and posts results back in the channel where anyone can see, approve, redirect, or pick up the work. Plans, spending, and new hires surface as approval cards that wait for a person to say yes, and Claude Code or Codex sessions can be watched live or picked up by a teammate from the Mac app. A library keeps every document an agent produces in one shared place, and pricing is model-agnostic: use Lightbulb-managed credits, your own ChatGPT plan, or your own OpenAI/Anthropic key.
