Users can create a free account to scan 1 project with up to 10 URLs per month, with no background sync. Paid tiers (Basic Clinic, Specialist Clinic, Pro Hospital, and Enterprise System) increase the number of monthly projects, URL scan depth per project, and scan priority queue speed, up to unlimited projects and URLs at the Enterprise level. Higher tiers also add features like data retention and history, and custom PDF reports. A 'clinic profile' can be created for what the site calls a 'full medical report.'
