The Problem

Developers who run AI coding agents like Codex today either work alone in a terminal, where a run can stall on a question with no teammate aware of what happened or which files were touched, or they use hosted agents in someone else's cloud where work is easy to watch but doesn't run on the developer's actual machine or environment. Redirecting a running agent remotely typically means SSHing in from a terminal app, which is impractical from a phone or while away from a desk. This forces a tradeoff between visibility for the team and control over the real execution environment, and gaps between what the agent did and what actually works on a developer's machine often surface only after a PR is merged.

The Solution

Linzumi is a chat application where coding agents run directly on the user's own Mac, with every run posted into a shared thread alongside the team. Team members can watch diffs, commands, test output, and screenshots land in real time, and can steer or redirect an agent mid-run from a phone or any device, without SSH. Multiple people can each command multiple agents in parallel within shared channels, with permissioned runtime, directory-level access controls, expiring session permissions, scoped tunnels that close with the thread, and a full audit log of every agent action. A roadmap feature called the Continuous Context Compiler aims to turn chats, calls, and coding jobs into searchable, cited knowledge that can drive specs for agent work.
