The Problem

Founders and SaaS teams want customers from Reddit, but Reddit is full of subreddit-specific promo rules, spam filters, and ban risks that make self-promotion dangerous. The founder behind MediaFast describes being banned repeatedly while trying to promote his own projects. Many founders either guess at subreddit rules and get suspended, or avoid Reddit entirely despite knowing their buyers are asking for products like theirs there right now. Manually researching thousands of subreddits, tracking their rules, finding relevant threads, and writing posts that read as native rather than promotional takes real time and expertise most founders don't have.

The Solution

MediaFast automates most of the research and writing involved in Reddit marketing while leaving publishing and commenting to the user, since Reddit bans fully automated posting and AI-sounding replies. It picks relevant subreddits from a pool of 4,200+, checks each one's promotion rules, generates rule-aware draft posts, and surfaces threads worth commenting under through round-the-clock monitoring. Users get a daily action plan telling them what to post, where, and when, plus tools to track karma, traffic, and shadowban status in one place. The company says this reduces daily effort to about ten minutes: review the plan, paste the post, write comments in your own words, and publish.
