Mywa
Official WhatsApp Business API platform with a shared team inbox, campaigns and automations
The Problem
Small business teams juggling WhatsApp across multiple phones and apps lose track of who replied to which customer, as the page illustrates with a scenario of 'five apps, three phones and one tired team' and missed messages, forwarded screenshots, and duplicate replies. Many WhatsApp API providers add a markup of 20-26% on top of Meta's per-message rates, and setup is often described as slow, requiring sales calls, paperwork, or a developer. Businesses also risk losing their number or chat history when moving from the regular WhatsApp Business app to an API-based tool. The page frames the alternative as markup, mess, a month-long setup, and a learning curve.
The Solution
Mywa is a WhatsApp Business API platform built on Meta's official WhatsApp Business Platform (as a Meta Tech Provider) that lets a business connect its existing number in minutes via Meta's Embedded Signup, using coexistence mode to keep the regular WhatsApp Business app running on the same number. It bundles a shared team inbox for up to 5 teammates (with chat ownership, internal notes, and history), campaign sending with delivery/read/reply analytics, visual automations for lead qualification and routing, in-browser WhatsApp calling, a REST API with webhooks, two-way Google Sheets sync, CSV import and segments, and in-chat payment requests via Razorpay, PayU, BillDesk or Zaakpay. It also integrates with Shopify, Click-to-WhatsApp ads, Meta Conversions API, Zapier, Make and n8n. The company charges a single flat software fee and passes Meta's message charges directly to the customer with 0% markup, positioning this as the core differentiator versus competitors who resell messages at a markup.
