Navier AI
Navier AI builds Prism, an AI agent platform that designs, simulates, and codes hardware for engineering teams.
The Problem
Hardware engineers today work across fragmented tools for code, CAD, and simulation, with solvers like OpenFOAM, SU2, CalculiX, code_aster, and Project Chrono often requiring separate setup and manual orchestration. Running long simulations is fragile: a dropped connection or restart can mean losing progress on a multi-step analysis. Teams exploring tough engineering problems in fluids, structures, thermal, or electromagnetics need to coordinate design, simulation, and reporting manually, which limits how many design variations they can explore in a given time.
The Solution
Navier AI offers Prism, a desktop application that combines code, CAD, simulation, and reporting in one window, driven by a general-purpose engineering agent. The agent plans work, writes and runs code, drives CAD and solvers, and splits large jobs across sub-agents. It integrates solvers such as OpenFOAM, SU2, CalculiX, code_aster, and Project Chrono, plus plugins for Onshape, GitHub, Jira, and Slack, all installable from within the app. A durable harness saves every step as it happens, so long runs can resume after a restart or dropped connection. Beyond the software, Navier offers forward deployed engineering, where its engineers join a customer's team for about three months to integrate Prism into existing workflows, and simulation engagements, where Navier engineers run a specific simulation question in Prism and deliver a report along with case files.
